Hatco Cooker IRNG-PC2F-16 Dual Induction hob front to back.

The Hatco IRNG-PC2F Rapide Cuisine
Countertop High-Powered/Heavy-Duty Dual Front-to-Back Induction Range offers back-of-the-house power with heavy gauge stainless steel housing, side impact protection and a scratch-hiding cooktop surface, while its Magnetic Power System (MPS) delivers the highest power in its class for commercial foodservice.
Has two hobs with a front-to-back configuration, with the top control panel controlling the front hob and the bottom control panel controlling the back hob.
Features User Programmable Presets (UPP) with a 3-stage programming mode for the operator to create preset programs for repeat menu items, as well as a food temperature dual probe and 4 surface temperature sensors per hob for more accurate control and cooking.
Withstands high ambient kitchen temperatures up to 124°F (51°C) and has an energy-saving automatic shut-off to prevent overheating.
Pan Sense Technology (PST) activates the unit only when a suitable pan is placed on top.
High resolution TFT display instantly advices of precise power, temperature and time control.
Fully sealed top with conformal-coated boards adds extra protection against grease or moisture.
-IA models feature Optimal Power Control (OPC), which delivers higher power from lower amperage circuits, to boost power by 25% when needed and allows for a double unit on a single unit circuit.
