The Kingfisher Little Italy 50/2 is a medium sized pizza oven that provides a robust service and quality cooking for small-medium sized pizza outlets. Simple, compact and easy to use the oven is perfect for cooking pizzas as well as small breads and pies. The cooking chamber has a refractory stone base and is well insulated, equipped with armoured heating elements which are positioned at the top and bottom of the oven chamber to ensure perfect, uniform cooking. Built for durability, the unit is constructed entirely from stainless steel with a satin finish.
