Craft authentic pizzas at the flick of a switch thanks to Lincat’s double-deck pizza oven. Made with two 16mm thick firebrick bases, the pizza oven helps to create the signature charring found in traditional pizzas. Not only does this enhance the authenticity of the pizza you create, but also adds a rich and deep flavour.
As it operates at a maximum temperature of 480°C, the Lincat pizza oven is able to cook multiple thin crust pizzas in a matter of minutes. This makes the PO430-2 ideal for busy pizzerias that require a high output of produce – without sacrificing quality. Plus, high-heat operation makes the Lincat oven ideal for Neapolitan, Chicago and New York-style pizzas.
Thanks to its dual-layered construction, the pizza oven maximises energy efficiency to keep your costs down, while its toughened viewing windows allow your staff to monitor cooking progress without having to open the doors. Independent controls mean that you can customise cooking temperatures in both of the oven’s compartments – suitable for cooking up to eight, 12″ pizza at a time.
