The Sotto range is the all-new, redesigned undercounter ice machine from Manitowoc Ice yielding 43% more ice than previous designs and is now supplied with R290, the energy-efficient, environmentally-friendly refrigerant. The Sotto has a unique undercounter plug-and-play design and its industry-leading performance means it is perfect for sites with limited back bar space. Since the machine is front venting, it needs no top or side clearance, so it can be fitted into the most compact of spaces. Sotto icemakers will quietly do their job, reliably making quality, clean and clear ice.
