The Parry HOT15 Hot Cupboard is more suited for back-of-house heated storage, the perfect solution for commercial use in hospitality establishments or residential and care homes. The HOT15 Hot Cupboard is 1500mm wide providing space for 450 plates or 90 covers. This servery comes with shelf loading capacity of 50kg per shelf, designed to meet the needs of any setting. With four castors fitted with two brakes, this mobile servery is easy to move and manoeuvre, ideal for pulling out when cleaning. The worktop is reinforced with a heavy duty box section chassis, which allows for work to be carried out on top and provides extra protection to the cupboard. The Parry Hot Cupboard is supplied with a 13 A plug so can be used straight out of the box.

The Moffat KP2H Single Tier Pass Over Gantry 876mm is a robust over-shelving with Quartz lamp heating, Cleverly designed offering a choice of one, two, or three tiers. Standard lengths are made to suit the Moffat Premier range of hot cupboard and Bainmarie, creating a functional heavy duty kitchen pass. The pass facilitates an easy two-way communication work station between restaurant front of house and the kitchen, where checks are placed and orders processed. Chefs plate up and place on the pass to be served if there’s a delay plated food is held warm under the heat lamps. Complete with on off switches to each level as standard or can be fitted with an optional dimmer to control the lamps, alternatively an energy saving timer switch. Bainmarie with hot cupboard that has doors on both sides. E&R Moffat Ltd were the originators of a Bainmarie that could be either wet or dry heat. This type of system was designed to offer flexibility and was developed to eliminate the need to fit a low water level warning system or the expense of replacing burned out elements. Wet heat water level is an economic 20 mm deep, complete with drain valve and swing out run off tube for easy emptying /cleaning. A heavy-duty range available in four lengths designed to accommodate 1/1 Gn pans. Excellent for pre-heating plates and dishes, as well as the temporary storage of pre-cooked food. These units incorporate a very efficient heating system in addition to the fully enclosed heating elements fitted under the Bainmarie well excess residual hot air from the hot cupboard is also used to maintain temperature. Introducing the Moffat Premier hot cupboard with a bain marie with two doors. This model comes in several different sizes which cater for different amounts of GN pans, varying from 2 to 5 pans. The perfect solution for preheating dishes and plates as well as being used for temporary pre-cooked food storage. With a very efficient heating system which is in addition to the fully enclosed heating element which is underneath the bainmarie well. The excess residual hot air from the heating cupboard is then used to maintain temperatures.
