Pitco fryer VF35 single tank 2 basket gas.
The successor the industry favourite CE35C, the Pitco VF35 offers you the same outstanding performance and reliability Pitco fryers are known for.
Where the VF35 differs however is in the units energy ratings. The VF35 is the first ever energy star qualified fryer, even while maintaining super high efficiency and output. The fryer itself uses up to 35% less gas as the CE35C but still upholds the same noteworthy performance figures.
