The Fimar 32 Litre spiral dough mixer with fixed head is ideal for the preparation of different types of dough, in particular suitable for soft doughs such as bread, pizza and piadina. This dough kneading machine is a great addition to any busy commercial catering business. Using a 32 litre mixing bowl with a capacity of 25kg per cycle, creating 75kg per hour and a smoked polycarbonate lid as standard.
