Zanolli Gas Commercial Pizza Oven Citizen 9 – This range of high quality, heavy duty pizza ovens come in two sizes. They have a solid stainless steel construction. The NEW VERSION Citizen 9 (G9) fits 9 x 12″ pizzas in pans. The decks are modular, so can be purchased as a single unit or can be stacked. External size 1450 x 1530 x 560 h deck size 1050 x 1050 x 160 The baking floor of the Citizen ovens is a special refractory material to enable a proper diffusion of the heat. Thanks to this feature these ovens are suitable to bake pizza directly on the refractory stone or in pans.
