Designed and manufactured in Italy by Zanolli, the Citizen 9+9 is constructed entirely from stainless steel and features heavy-duty armoured plated elements. These elements are located towards the front of the oven, near the unit’s spring mounted doors. This placement helps guard against heat loss and ensures that heat is dispersed evenly throughout, ensuring a perfectly cooked pizza.
The cooking process is further helped by the oven’s baking floor, which is made from a thick and heat absorbent refractory stone. This traditional surface crisps up a pizza’s base, delivering a authentic crunch that your customers love.

With a capacity of 18 pizzas, the Zanolli Citizen 9+9 is one of the leading twin deck pizza ovens that is currently available.The 9+9 also features a large viewing window, internal lights, heat resistant handles and an electric thermostat. The two decks can also be operated independently.
