Designed and built in Scotland, the Multi-award winning Falcon Dominator G3101 is the cornerstone of many a commercial kitchen up and down the land. As the successor to the highly successful G2101, there were always big shoes to fill.
The oven itself features a semi-sealed, pressed stainless steel hob which can be removed and easily cleaned. Atop of this sit it's heavy duty cast iron pan supports. Both hand clean and dishwasher safe. In terms of power, the hob is packed with 6 highly efficient 5.3kW burners. The speed and intensity in which you decide to cook is fully recognised by these. Whether you need to shallow fry, simmer or boil - the flexibility is always there.
Situated underneath the Falcon Dominator G3101's hob is the more than spacious 2/1GN oven cavity. Room for a whole roast and then some.. Supplied with 2 shelves as standard, with room for up to 5 if your workload demands it. Don't panic about splashes and spills either as the vitreous enamelled oven chamber is not only incredibly hard wearing but a breeze to clean.

The Dominator Plus G3101 has been a staple in kitchens nationwide, renowned for its outstanding performance, reliability, and user-friendly design that competitors strive to emulate. The new G3101HD takes power and performance to the next level.
Featuring six 6.9 kW twin-flame burners, the G3101HD offers 30% more power than the G3101, ensuring faster heat-up times and increased energy efficiency. It includes three heavy-duty cast iron pan supports that are both durable and designed to direct flames into the pot rather than into the atmosphere. The hob also features removable drip trays beneath the burners to catch spills and debris, which can easily be washed in any sink.
The 7.1 kW oven is equipped with a drop-down door and a full-width, sturdy handle for easy access to the spacious 2/1 GN-sized oven. It offers five shelf positions and comes with two shelves included. Trays must be placed on the oven shelf because the oven is the full width of the unit, making it wider than a standard 2/1 GN container.
