Launched by Lincat in 2018 as a cost effective answer to induction the Phoenix PHE8001 includes 6 1.85kW zones, with 3 able to be boosted to 3kW helping with busier periods of service for when you need that extra power. Incredibly efficient ensuring 100% of the energy is transferred directly into the product. Reducing running costs and providing a more comfortable kitchen environment, with much less heat given off by the machine.
