Lincat V6/FD Silverlink 600 Fan Assisted Oven with Glass Door is a medium to heavy duty stainless steel oven, part of the Silverlink 600 range which is all modular 600mm deep, designed to make optimum use of available kitchen space. This model has been redesigned to enable it to be used with Silverlink 600 induction hob tops (by re-routing the oven’s hot air vent away from the induction hob’s cooling fan intake).
The Silverlink 600 range is extensive and includes gas and electric cooking equipment for both counter-top and free-standing use. Width sizes extend from a compact 300mm up to 900mm, depending on the product type. The range comprises fryers, griddles, grills, induction, chargrills, pasta boilers, oven ranges, boiling tops, and bains marie.
