New to Falcon’s existing portfolio is their One Series induction range. The E163I 6 Zone Induction Range boasts 6 x 1.85kW cooking zones, providing instant heat thanks to it’s built-in pan detection along with incredibly low heat emission. Coating the cooking surface is 6mm toughened glass, resulting in a hard wearing, easy clean worktop, all controlled by an easy to use digital control system embedded in the glass top. For additional power when needed, the unit has the ability to boost the power output of an individual zone from 1.85kW to 3kW for a short period of time.

Underneath the E163I’s hob sits atop a 6.4kW fan assisted oven, providing a temperature range of 100°C – 250°C. Twin side opening doors and internal lighting allow for easy access and viewing of it’s 2 x 2/1 GN capacity. The oven as well is easy to clean thanks to it’s vitreous enamelled finish, and with 5 shelf positions available for 2 shelf cooking, you’re offered with a wide variety of cooking options.
