Air is the means of heat transmission and therefore the means to cook the product. The ventilation performance is therefore essential to obtain uniform cooking on all points of the single tray and on all trays. It is for this reason that the study of the air flows inside the cooking chamber has in the design of all CALDOBAKE ovens a role of primary importance.

The AIR.Plus technology allows the correct distribution of the air inside each individual pan, from the one positioned at the bottom to the one at the top without increasing cooking times.

Protek.SAFE technology is part of the NON.STOP EFFORTS program with which SPIDOCOOK undertakes to minimize the environmental impact of its products and the cooking processes that are made with them.
Protek.SAFE technology eliminates unnecessary energy losses to reduce energy consumption and contribute to the environmental compatibility of cooking processes carried out in CALDOBAKE ovens. The unique design of the oven, the double glass door and the high insulation of the cooking chamber ensure minimal heat dispersion and a perfect cooking temperature every time.
